Defective
or incorrect products
If you receive defective or damaged
products, or if the products you receive are not what you ordered, The
St. John Fisher Catholic Bookstore will replace them, and will reimburse
you for all shipping costs, including the cost of returning the products
to us.
Note: We will not replace damaged videos, CDs and/or tapes that have been
opened.

If you are shipping a product back to
us for a refund or store credit, you must use either UPS or FedEx as the
carrier, and be issued a tracking number. If you fail to do this, and
the products are damaged or lost during shipment, your refund may be delayed
or denied.

Before returning a product, please send
us an email at sjff@stjohnfisherforum.org. In the email, include your
Order ID and the reason for your return.

If possible, place the products you're
returning into their original box, using the original packaging material.
Or, use a box and packaging material that protects the products from damage.
Include your order number and the reason for your return. Use the following
